RESERVATIONS

We are no longer accepting reservations online or by phone. Tickets will be available for purchase at the convention registration desk on a first come first serve basis. If you have already reserved your ticket online or by phone or by mail, please go to the registration desk and look for the "Prepaid Tickets" sign.

The standard onsite ticket rates are as follows:

• Lectures/Workshops/Films ONLY (no Saturday Lunch or Dinner): $40 per person, $25 per student with valid ID
• Saturday Lunch ONLY includes Keynote address: $55 per person, $35 per student with valid ID (see note 1 below)
• Saturday Dinner ONLY includes Keynote address: $65 per person, $45 per student with valid ID (see note 1 below)
• WHOLE PACKAGE: All Lectures/Workshops/Film + Saturday Lunch and Dinner: $160 per person, $100 per student with valid ID

Table Reservations

• Saturday Lunch (10 persons per table): Gold $1000, Silver $750 and Bronze $550
• Saturday Dinner (10 persons per table): Gold $1200, Silver $850 and Bronze $650

Professional Baby Sitting

• Professional Baby Sitting will be provided for children ages 1 to 12 years old, Friday evening from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, and 7:30 pm to midnight. The cost per child is $25.00. For baby sitting during Saturday banquet ONLY, the cost is $15.00 per child.

Note 1: If you would only like to attend the Saturday lunch program without having the lunch the standard cost is $20.00 per person; The student cost is $10.00 per student with valid ID. Admission is 30 to 45 minutes after food is served.

Note 2: If you would only like to attend the Saturday Banquet program without having the dinner the standard cost is $30.00 per person; The student cost is $20.00 per student with valid ID. Admission is 30 to 45 minutes after food is served.

Note 3: Al-Awda/PRRC reserves the right to decline any reservation at its sole discretion for any reason.
